At Cart Arabia, we take great care in preparing and delivering every bouquet and gift to ensure it brings joy to your special moments. Due to the perishable nature of flowers and the customized nature of our gifting products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the order has been confirmed and processed.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Fresh flower bouquets
  • Floral arrangements
  • Customized gifts
  • Gift baskets containing perishable items
  • Add-on items (e.g. chocolates, balloons, cakes, etc.)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare case you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • An incorrect product
  • A missing part of your order

Please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. Our support team will review your case and, if eligible, offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A partial refund or store credit (subject to review)

Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched for same-day delivery.
  • For scheduled deliveries (next-day or later), cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
